Four Days of Love, Family & Celebration June 10–14 | Windham, New York
Our wedding is more than a single day—it is an experience we have dreamed of sharing with the people we love most.
Beginning Wednesday, June 10, 33 of our closest family members and friends will join us in the beautiful Catskill Mountains for four days of relaxation, laughter, connection, and celebration leading up to our wedding day.
Then, on Saturday, our intimate gathering becomes an even greater celebration as we welcome approximately 80–100 family members and friends to witness our vows and celebrate this next chapter of our lives.
We wanted our wedding to feel like a destination getaway without traveling far from home—a beautiful escape to the mountains where we can slow down, enjoy one another, and create memories that extend far beyond a single evening.
We don’t simply want you to attend our wedding.
We want you to experience it with us. ❤️

THE FOUR-DAY EXPERIENCE
Wednesday, June 10
Welcome to the Catskills
Our wedding experience begins!
Our closest family members and friends will arrive in Windham and settle into the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill Mountains.
Wednesday is intentionally relaxed. There is no formal agenda and nowhere to rush. Unpack, settle in, explore the area, enjoy the property, reconnect with family and friends, and begin celebrating with us.
Consider this the beginning of our wedding getaway—a chance to leave the everyday behind and enjoy a few wonderful days together.
Welcome to Windham. Our celebration starts here. ❤️

Thursday, June 11
Relax • Unwind • Be Pampered
Thursday is about slowing down and enjoying the experience.
We are personally arranging massage and nail services on the premises for our guests as a special part of the wedding festivities.
Take some time for yourself, relax, be pampered, enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings, and spend the day with family and friends.
Whether you choose to explore Windham, enjoy some quiet time, or simply sit together and catch up, there is no complicated schedule.
This day is about enjoying the moment—and each other.

Friday, June 12
Rehearsal & Dinner
The excitement begins to build!
Friday will bring our wedding rehearsal followed by a casual rehearsal dinner with our closest family and friends.
The evening is intentionally informal and relaxed. Come comfortable and ready for wonderful food, conversation, laughter, and perhaps a few stories as we prepare for the big day.
No formal attire is necessary.
Tonight is simply about celebrating the people who helped bring us to this moment.

Saturday, June 13
Our Wedding Day 💍
The day we’ve been waiting for.
On Saturday, our celebration grows as we welcome approximately 80–100 family members and friends to join us at Windham Manor.
Surrounded by the beauty of the Catskills and the people who mean so much to us, we will exchange our vows and begin our next chapter together.
Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktails, dinner, dancing, laughter, and celebration.
This will be a formal wedding celebration, so we invite everyone to dress beautifully and come ready for an unforgettable evening.
Most importantly, bring your dancing shoes and your love. ❤️

Sunday, June 14
Farewell Brunch
One last gathering before we say goodbye.
After four extraordinary days together, we will host a Sunday Farewell Brunch for our guests.
Join us for a relaxed morning of delicious food, coffee, conversation, laughter, and perhaps a few stories from the night before.
It will be our opportunity to thank you, hug you one more time, and enjoy a final moment together before everyone begins their journey home.
Our wedding may end on Sunday, but we hope the memories we create together last a lifetime.

Wedding Weekend Q&A
Where will the wedding take place?
Our wedding will take place at Windham Manor in Windham, New York, in the heart of the beautiful Catskill Mountains.
The peaceful mountain setting provides exactly what we envisioned for our celebration—elegant, intimate, warm, and surrounded by nature.
⸻
Is this a destination wedding?
We like to think of it as our Catskills destination wedding experience.
Rather than asking everyone to travel to a faraway destination, we chose a beautiful mountain setting in New York where our family and friends can escape for a few days and celebrate together.
For our closest family and friends, the experience begins Wednesday. Our larger group of guests will join us for the wedding celebration on Saturday.
⸻
Who is invited for the entire four-day experience?
Our four-day experience beginning Wednesday is being planned for an intimate group of 33 of our closest family members and friends.
These guests will participate in the activities and gatherings leading up to the wedding.
Our celebration expands on Saturday, June 13, when approximately 80–100 guests will join us for our wedding ceremony and reception.
Your invitation and our wedding website will provide details about the events included for you.
⸻
Will everyone be staying at Windham Manor?
No. Some of our closest family members and friends will stay at Windham Manor, while additional accommodations will be provided at nearby hotels for our other guests.
We want everyone traveling to celebrate with us to have a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the wedding festivities.
Specific hotel information, reservation details, and any applicable room arrangements will be provided separately.
⸻
What is the closest airport?
The most convenient major airport for our guests is Albany International Airport (ALB).
Guests flying into New York should plan for additional travel time from Albany to Windham in the Catskill Mountains.
We recommend making flight arrangements early, particularly for anyone planning to participate in several days of the wedding festivities.
⸻
Will transportation be provided?
We are coordinating the logistics for our wedding weekend and will provide additional information regarding transportation between designated accommodations and Windham Manor as plans are finalized.
Please check our wedding website for updates before finalizing your local transportation arrangements.
⸻
What should I wear to the Friday rehearsal dinner?
Casual and comfortable.
Friday evening is meant to be relaxed and fun. There is no need for formal attire—come ready to eat, laugh, mingle, and enjoy our last evening before we say “I do.”
⸻
What is the dress code for Saturday?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be formal.
Gentlemen are encouraged to wear formal suits with ties, and ladies are invited to dress elegantly for the occasion.
Because we are celebrating in the beautiful Catskills and portions of the day may include outdoor areas, comfortable footwear is encouraged.
⸻
Will massage and nail services be available?
Yes! 💕 And this is something special we are arranging for our guests.
Massage and nail services will be brought to the premises so our guests participating in the pre-wedding festivities can enjoy a little pampering without having to travel elsewhere.
Appointment and scheduling information will be provided closer to the wedding.
⸻
Will meals be provided during the wedding weekend?
Yes. Several meals and gatherings will be hosted as part of our celebration.
Our planned events include the Friday rehearsal dinner, Saturday wedding reception, and Sunday Farewell Brunch, along with additional hospitality for those participating in the four-day experience.
Specific meal times and details will be included in the final wedding weekend itinerary.
⸻
Will there be a Sunday brunch?
Absolutely!
Before everyone heads home, we will host a Farewell Brunch on Sunday morning.
We hope you will join us for one final meal together as we reminisce about the weekend, exchange hugs, and say our goodbyes.
⸻
Can we explore Windham during our stay?
Absolutely—and we hope you do!
Part of the reason we chose the Catskills is because we wanted our guests to enjoy the destination as much as the wedding itself.
There will be downtime during the extended celebration for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding area. Additional recommendations for things to see and do in Windham will be added to our wedding website.
⸻
Should I rent a car?
Guests flying into Albany may find having a vehicle helpful for traveling to and from Windham and exploring the Catskills.
As our transportation arrangements are finalized, we will provide additional information so you can determine what will work best for your stay.
⸻
When should I make my travel arrangements?
We encourage our traveling guests to make arrangements as early as possible.
If you are part of our intimate four-day celebration, please plan according to your individual invitation and itinerary beginning Wednesday, June 10.
Guests joining us for the wedding celebration on Saturday should use the arrival and accommodation information provided with their invitation.

A Little Note From Us
When we imagined our wedding, we kept coming back to one thing:
Time.
Time with our families.
Time with our closest friends.
Time to laugh.
Time to relax.
Time to celebrate.
And time to appreciate the people who have been part of our journey.
That is why we chose to make our wedding more than a single day.
For four beautiful days in the Catskills, we will bring together the people closest to us before welcoming our larger circle of family and friends for the moment we say “I do.”
Having you there is what will make this experience complete.
Thank you for traveling, celebrating, and sharing this extraordinary chapter of our lives with us.
We cannot wait to welcome you to the Catskills.
With all our love,
Beth & Kenny ❤️
